Holiday home Gazania is a newly refurbished contemporary penthouse located 10 minutes’ walk to Centro Plaza, supermarket Mercadona and 15 minutes to the beach and the famous harbor Puerto Banus.

This amazing penthouse is tastefully furnished to the highest standard, including wireless internet, smart TV and a music system. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms (one en-suite), one bedroom with a king-size bed and the other bedroom with two single beds, two beautiful bathrooms with walk-in showers and a modern spacious kitchen.

From the living room you have direct access to the first terrace with beautiful garden and pool views, a lounge area and the possibility to enjoy the sun from the morning to lunch. This apartment also has a large roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The roof terrace has a BBQ area and a dining table for 8 people, sun chairs and of course amazing views over the mountain La Concha.

Here you can enjoy a romantic dinner or just relax with a book.

The apartment is located in the popular community Andalucia Alta with a beautiful location and close proximity to everything. With this great location, you have shops, a wide selection of international and local restaurants/cafes, beautiful beaches, fabulous shopping and world-famous jet-set marina of Puerto Banus. Experience Puerto Banus and Marbella’s attractions, nightlife, historical gems, lovely beaches and chiringuitos. Every golfer’s paradise is just 5 minutes away. The complex is gated. The community has a lovely communal garden and one big swimming pool, including a smaller one for the children (the pool is not heated).

All our holiday homes are high quality properties. It´s like checking in to a 5 star hotel. The accommodation is prepared in the smallest detail, all beddings have been dry-cleaned and a representative from Unique´x Properties will meet you at the holiday home to check you in.

The price includes; Wi-Fi (fiber optics), normal consumption of electricity as well as normal final cleaning after your departure.

Minimum 14 days during high season (July and August).
Minimum 10 days in June and from September to March.
Other rates will apply for spring/autumn breaks and for bank holidays.
