“For us everything was the first time…. The first time in winter in Spain, the first time in Marbella, the first time in the most beautiful apartment we have ever experienced. This luxury property with its spacious rooms, the tasteful furnishings, the high-end technical equipment and the perfectly located terraces gives us a feeling of complete enthusiasm. The kitchen is fully equipped, even consumables are provided. We came with our car, bikes and Vespa in our luggage. Everything found its place in the spacious underground car park belonging to the apartment. The entire residential complex, which is secured by a security guard, is in a very quiet location. And this despite the fact that the hustle and bustle of Puerto Banus is only a few minutes walk away. We have visited many nearby places with the bikes and found for ourselves that we had already chosen the perfect location. The service from Unique´x Properties was extremely professional in all respects. We really liked the briefing on the property, the documentation that serves as information in the apartment, the handover and acceptance on departure. One wish remains open in our hearts! This apartment, along with the others we have used, is excellent in every respect. It is well equipped – a true “home from home” and the pool area is quite simply superb. The location is such that you have a short (10 minute) walk to the beaches and attractions of Puerto Banus. One day we even walked along the coast path and golden mile to Marbella with appropriate “pit stops” at some of the top spots on the Costa del Sol. We will return! “

We have been visiting the San Pedro/ Puerto Banus area for 20 years. We started renting 9 years ago and we can confirm that holiday home Lotus is perfect in every way. The location for us was first class as it was 10 minutes walk to our favourite beach and also into Puerto Banus. 

The apartment was fantastic both in layout and furnishings. The pool is 20 yards away but the terraces are very private and the gardens are immaculate. 

The service provided by Unique was without fault especially in overcoming any changes in plans experienced due to COVID.

This was the second time!

This was our second time hiring the appartment Gardenia. Why? Because it is a very nice, modern and clean appartment in a nice area of Puerto Benus. We have spend 15 days and it was very great again. Also great thanks to Annelie and Gert for the hospitality!

Home from home apartment!

We had a most amazing holiday as a family, the apartment was in great location only a short walk to the port. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The terrace has to be the best part of this apartment as it has sea and mountain views and is lovely to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set. We would definitely return!

One of the nicest holiday apartments we have stayed in!

We stayed at one of Unique´x properties holiday homes for two weeks (Begonia) – we are family of 4. It is one of the nicest holiday apartments we have stayed in. There is nothing I could fault, the web description is 100% accurate in terms of all the amenities etc.. but does not do it justice… The location is perfect – just a short walk to the port and to the beach. The pool area is just lovely. The apartment has a gorgeous veranda and garden. In addition working with Annelie from Unique´x properties was a delight – she met us when we arrived and made sure we settled in. Nothing was too much trouble – we had to call upon her for a problem with a lock on one of the patio doors and it was immediately dealt with. Very happy to recommend and would seriously consider staying again.

The view over the pool was good but the view of the mountains was stunning!

Lovely clean and functional apartment which accommodated our family of 4 very well. The spacious balcony with table, chairs, lounge area and gas bbq was great and the view over the pool was good but the view of the mountains was stunning. The English TV channels and Netflix was a bonus for the kids as was the reliable WiFi connection. Well appointed kitchen and overall decor clean and comfortable. Would happily return!

A real home from home!!

We have had a lovely couple of weeks in Gardenia. The check in was great, all the little touches such as candles and a welcome pack were appreciated. The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern, a real home from home. The urbanisation itself is so pretty and well kept, we would definitely like to return there in the future. We enjoyed a very special holiday of family time staying at Orchid. The apartment is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and has everything that you might need for your stay. Situated in a quiet residential area the complex has well kept gardens and a lovely pool area. It is approximately a 15 minutes walk to the beach, marina, shops and restaurants of Puerto Banus and there are a couple of small supermarkets closer. The service we received from Gert and his team was efficient and courteous at all times and they responded very swiftly when contacted with any issue. I would have no hesitation in recommending Unique´x Properties or apartment Orchid to anyone who was looking for a stay in a luxury apartment in a quiet pocket of Puerto Banus.

AMAZING!!!

AMAZING !!!!! Just returned from a fabulous week in Puerto Banus at holiday home Lotus – the property did not disappoint! Everything was supplied with a touch of luxury. Perfect location within 10 minutes walk to the marina, shops, bars and restaurants and only a 10 minutes bus drive into centre of Marbella. We were greeted by Gert and Annelie on arrival who were lovely and showed us everything we needed to know about the property. Complex was really quiet and we had the pool area mostly to our selves. We have returned home very relaxed and can’t wait to return.

5-star stay and experience!

We have just returned home after four wonderful April weeks in holiday home Jasmine, Nueva Andalucia. I can not say anything else, it has been a 5-star stay and experience. The apartment is VERY nice in all respects. We already miss the beautiful afternoon and evening sun on the terrace where we often spent time before dinner or in one of the nearby restaurants. We have rented apartments through Unique´x Properties for many years, and are always as pleased and impressed with the service you get, all the way from the first contact when booking until your departure. We are delighted with our stay in Marbella. The apartment we rented through Unique´x Properties was large and very nice. There was a lovely pool area and a nice garden next to the terrace. Uniquexproperties is what the name promises; a unique and exclusive alternative to renting holiday homes in Puerto Banus. We have had the privilege of being their guests on two occasions in the last two years, renting two very beautiful apartments for five weeks and were welcomed and attend by promise. The apartments were large, bright, impeccably clean and tidy, stylishly and nicely furnished in a quiet and harmonious environment, kitchen and bathroom with all the technical equipment you expect. More than helpful before and during our stay!

The Gardenia apartment surpassed our expectations looking even more impressive in real life than on the photographs. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, meaning there wasn´t the usual fight for a sunbed like you get in hotels. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly want or need during your stay. The main centre of Puerto Banus is only a 10 minute walk away, but there´s plenty of lovely restaurants only a couple of minutes stroll away too. All in all I wouldn´t hesitate to go back, Gert and his team were more than helpful before and during our stay, I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you again, and hopefully we´ll be back! The service you will receive is second to none!

We have just landing home from what I have the pleasure of saying was one of the most enjoyable amazing experiences in our time holidaying as a family of 4 in 18 years. I will do this in 2 halves for anyone wishing to use Unique´x Properties or the apartment it´s self. Firstly because I think this is the most important :- Unique´x Properties From the moment of booking right through to vacating the apartment the service has been second to none, when I first found an apartment I liked on a booking site I sent contact through the enquiry form and within a few hours had a reply direct to my email, we exchanged a few emails looking at various properties they let and different dates they had available at each and we finally decided on the penthouse at Andalucia garden club. The process of booking was smooth and efficient, as promised a week before we were due to fly out we were sent another email with a Map to the apartment from the airport and given instructions of what would happen on our arrival. When we arrived at the apartment Gert was there to great us, he showed us round the property & how to work the appliances etc, gave us a book of information for the apartment and the local area and left us to our holiday with the knowledge we could contact them at any point. Which it turned out we needed to when we had a problem with the shower, I phoned the office at 10am and revived a call back within the hour, Gert said he would go straight round look at the problem and if he couldn´t sort it he would arrange for someone else to come straight away, as it turns out we hadn´t turned the hot tap far enough! Even though we are a complete set of fools the speed which this was dealt with was amazing. Finally a few days before our departure we revived an email from Gert with instructions for our day of departure. All in all I will most definitely use this company again and would highly recommend to all my friends and family also anyone considering using them don´t hesitate the service you will receive is second to none. Now the apartment it´s self. It´s spacious, luxurious and has everything you could possibly need for your holiday. You can tell it has recently been refurbished and to the highest standard, from the decor, furnishings to the Fab Apple TV and music system. The air conditioning is the best I have ever experienced even compared to 5* hotels in Jamaica! Even a washer/dryer for you to use. The outside seating area is comfortable to relax on an evening with a BBQ and outside dinning area. The complex it´s self is safe, secure and beautiful. The gardens are extremely well kept, the pool area is beautiful with a life guard on duty during peak season. Excellent service for our stay!

Lovely modern 2 bedroom apartment!

We had a wonderful time at Gardenia. This is the first time we stayed here however we would definitely book it again. Lovely modern 2 bedroom apartment which suited both the kids as well as my husband. Recently decorated with fantastic WiFi reception and my husband´s favourite, Apple TV:-) The ubanisation is very special and the people are very friendly and family orientated. The apartment is absolutely fantastic…

We have rented Gardenia twice and vacated there 5 weeks in total. The apartment is very modern and absolutely fantastic and has all the necessities that you need. You really feel like home once unpacked and you could not ask for more! The urbanisation is stunning with wonderful green areas, large swimming pool and provides the tranquility you are looking for during your holiday. When you are looking for pulse you have Puerto Banus just a 5 minute walk away. As a plus, Christa is a lovely woman to deal will and always makes you feel welcome and gives you that good start to your holiday stay! We will definitely continue to rent this apartment and are looking forward to our many holidays to come during the years ahead.

Perfect, peaceful location!

Booked our stay in Cumbres del Rodeo last minute and needed to speak to someone direct; contact was made with Christa and it was a joy to be able to do. Christa gave us a great property selection, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the area; a helpful Ambassador, with fantastic communication skills, for Unique’x Properties. The property was in a perfect, peaceful location; it was immaculately presented, well laid out with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The terrace and garden area were perfect, ideally suited to our three year old son, and within easy reach to the shared pool/garden area. This was a fantastic holiday for us; peaceful, relaxing and very comfortable….it ticked all the boxes for me. It is somewhere I would, without question, recommend to anyone; so much so that we hope to be going back next year. Warmest recommendations!

We were recommended from a friend to contact Unique´x Properties, he bought his dream property through them a few years ago. Gert at Unique´x Properties helped us through the entire buying process, from a fundamental analysis of what we asked for in terms of location, size of property, price level and other imported features for us. During 48 hours we were shown a dozen of properties very effective where Gert explained the advantages and disadvantages of each property with respect to our wishes. We also got help with the entire process of finding a lawyer and bank manager in place, things that I´m very glad I did not have to do myself. When we bought the apartment we also got help with renovation and interior design to get a high Scandinavian level of our apartment, we are very satisfaction with everything according to our purchase. Can really give my warmest recommendations to use Unique´x Properties, as a buyer we could not be more pleased with the choice of residence and the service level we received.

Simply excellent!

We spent a fantastic 10 days’ vacation in Lily. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated – everything worked. The “urbanisation” that is the community where Lily is located was above expectations: very beautiful, clean and quiet – we felt very safe in the apartment – this is of importance to us. Equally appreciated were the excellent sporting facilities: it is really unique to be able to run by the shore line for so long without any disturbance from traffic and enjoy the services of small outdoor gyms build along the jogging route. However, the most appreciated experience was the service we received from Christa. All inquiries were answered very quickly and clearly – the reception and departure services were just in a class of its own, simply excellent.

After a personal contact that seemed serious and good from the beginning, we used Unique´x Properties in our search for suitable investment in the area around Marbella. We bought our penthouse apartment through Unique´x Properties in June 2006 when we met Gert for the first time. He was brilliant to deal with and handled the purchase very professionally. We have continued to use Unique´x Properties to deal with our property rentals. They are very organized and keep us fully informed. As well as being professional they are also friendly and approachable and we now consider them good friends.

Unique´x provides excellent service…

This is the second time we have rented an apartment in this complex from Unique´x and on each occasion we had a superb holiday. Unique´x provides an excellent service which includes detailed directions to the apartment where they meet and greet you and show you around. They are always available if you have any problems & generally go above & beyond the call of duty. The apartments are extremely well appointed with all the essentials including satellite TV, wifi etc available. On each occasion we had a garden apartment overlooking the pool which enabled us to barbecue regularly. The complex is quiet & relaxing. The complex is a comfortable 15 minute walk down the hill to the port & if you have enjoyed diner it´s only a €5 taxi fare back to your apartment. Alternatively there are restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Overall definitely good value for your money.

From the first contact with Unique´x Properties was a positive experience. We have become nice and professionally treated all the time and always with a smile. Literacy and joy permeate everything Unique´x Properties does, if it comes to real estate viewing, information on acquire, lease, or other questions about the Marbella area. We have long-term rented a fabulous Penthouse, the quality of the apartment is top class and the service is excellent. The feeling of welcoming is something beyond the ordinary.

Our best holiday in the sun!

Thank you for 10 amazing days in August. Susanne, I and the children were all very happy with the whole set-up, ranging from fantastic accommodation, flight advice, flexible rental solution, brilliant restaurant recommendations, excursions, everything was simply great and made our Spain holiday to our best summer holiday of all time! We are very satisfied – highly recommended!

Nice and tastefully furnished apartment with all amenities outside as well as inside. Cosy lounge under the covered terrace with barbecue and dining table for cozy evenings. Comfortable beds with duvets and pillows that make you sleep well at night. Small private garden is nice if you want to get some trangulity. The apartment and the area is perfectly situated for restaurants, fitness facilities, beach and Puerto Banus, central yet quiet. We have been in the apartment for 3 consecutive years and we are very satisfied – highly recommended. Kind Regards

Perfect in many ways!

The apartment was very clean, very nice and very well equipped indeed. Christa was great giving us a excellent and brief introduction, waiting by the apartment with the keys.When she asked whether anything could be improved I could not think of a single thing.

Luxurious apartment in fantastic location!

This is a truly special apartment. It has been designed and decorated to an extremely high standard, with lots of extra luxuries. You will struggle to get anything better. The balcony is huge and takes full advantage of fantastic views of the Med. The location is superb, it is approx 10-15 mins to get to Puerto Banus marina, which means it is quite enough if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle! Adjacent to Royal Gardens are several nice bars and restaurants which means the walk into Puerto Banus is not necessary. I will state that the walk back from PB is on an incline, and takes a bit more effort, especially pushing a pushchair, but it is not too difficult. Royal Gardens itself is a fantastic, well maintained block. The pool facilities are good and it has a very friendly, warming environment. We will use this again and would definitely recommend it.

We had a great time in Marbella! The apartment was wonderful and you’ve been ever so helpful. We had high expectations after looking at the pictures on the web site but I must say, it was even more beautiful and spacious in real. Meeting us at the apartment and explaining how everything works was very much appreciated. Our holiday couldn’t have been better but we still have a lot to see, to much pool time you know, so we will most certain come back next year. And the kids will probably not what to go anywhere else. We totally fell in love with it!

Dear friends, Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. We couldn’t wish for a more perfect holiday home. The apartment was so beautiful and the views wonderful. We have been renting on the coast before but I must say, this was by far the cleanest and best kept apartment we have ever lived in, so fresh and tidy without being impersonal. We totally fell in love with it and I can promise that we will want to rent it again. Hopefully we’ll see you soon.

I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Since arriving in Spain 4 years ago I have lived in rented accommodation and have encountered issues with companies who are simply unprofessional and not worthy of maintaining properties for tenants or indeed the owners properties. Since renting my apartment through Unique´x I have been treated to a 100% professional service with a smile and i am just about to sign my 3rd rental contract with them. I cannot recommend them highly enough as a company and also individuals, any issue i have had was dealt with immediately and extremely efficiently.
