All our holiday homes are high quality properties. It´s like checking in to a 5 star hotel. The accommodation is prepared in the smallest detail, all beddings have been dry-cleaned and a representative from Unique´x Properties will meet you at the holiday home to check you in.
The price includes; Wi-Fi (fiber optics), normal consumption of electricity as well as normal final cleaning after your departure.
Minimum 14 days during high season (July and August).
Minimum 10 days in June and from September to March.
Other rates will apply for spring/autumn breaks and for bank holidays.

We enjoyed a very special holiday of family time staying at Orchid. The apartment is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and has everything that you might need for your stay. Situated in a quiet residential area the complex has well kept gardens and a lovely pool area. It is approximately a 15 minutes walk to the beach, marina, shops and restaurants of Puerto Banus and there are a couple of small supermarkets closer. The service we received from Gert and his team was efficient and courteous at all times and they responded very swiftly when contacted with any issue. I would have no hesitation in recommending Unique´x Properties or apartment Orchid to anyone who was looking for a stay in a luxury apartment in a quiet pocket of Puerto Banus.
