Unique´x Properties S.L acts in accordance with general terms and conditions for rentals.
A booking is valid once a rental agreement has been completed, a reservation deposit of 40% (of the total rental amount) has been paid and the booking has been confirmed in writing by Unique´x Properties S.L. The total rental amount is to be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Reservations made later have to be paid in full when booked. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.
Any cancellation must be made in writing. No refund of the reservation deposit will be made, if for some reason the client does not fulfill the agreement. If cancellation is made after the full balance has been made, a cancellation charge will apply depending on the period of notice. Non-payments by the due date will be treated as a cancellation.
On the arrival date a security deposit of 500-1000€, depending on the property, is to be paid by credit card. The deposit will be held against any damage/deviations caused to the property, the furniture effects and fittings etc. The amount will be refunded within 48 hours from departure, after inspection of the property, provided there are no damages or deviations.
We offer arrival and departure 7 days a week. Check-in and check-out is flexible depending on availability, fee may apply. A fee of 80€ will be applied if arrival to the property is between 20:00-22:00. Arrival after 22:00 is not possible.
No-smoking policy and no-pets policy applies in all our properties.
Unique´x Properties S.L acts as letting agent for the property owner and administers the rental on behalf of the owner. The rental agreement is between the tenant/client and the property owner, in accordance with conditions stated in the rental agreement. Any legal dispute which may arise is between tenant and owner. Unique´x Properties S.L is empowered to sign on behalf of the owner.
We recommend clients to take out a holiday insurance to cover any potential losses or damages they may suffer.

The terrace has to be the best part of this apartment as it has sea and mountain views and is lovely to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set.

"We stayed at one of Unique´x properties holiday homes for two weeks (Begonia) – we are family of 4. It is one of the nicest holiday apartments we have stayed in. There is nothing I could fault, the web description is 100% accurate in terms of all the amenities etc.. but does not do it justice… The location is perfect – just a short walk to the port and to the beach. The pool area is just lovely. The apartment has a gorgeous veranda and garden. In addition working with Annelie from Unique´x properties was a delight – she met us when we arrived and made sure we settled in. Nothing was too much trouble – we had to call upon her for a problem with a lock on one of the patio doors and it was immediately dealt with. Very happy to recommend and would seriously consider staying again."
"Lovely clean and functional apartment which accommodated our family of 4 very well. The spacious balcony with table, chairs, lounge area and gas bbq was great and the view over the pool was good but the view of the mountains was stunning. The English TV channels and Netflix was a bonus for the kids as was the reliable WiFi connection. Well appointed kitchen and overall decor clean and comfortable. Would happily return!"
