From the beautiful lounge you have with sliding glass doors direct access to the large south facing terrace that naturally divides into two sections, a dining area with views of the tropical gardens, and a relaxation area furnished with contemporary lounge sofas were you can enjoy the landscaped subtropical gardens and the peaceful surroundings. All our holiday homes are high quality properties. It´s like checking in to a 5 star hotel. The accommodation is prepared in the smallest detail, all beddings have been dry-cleaned and a representative from Unique´x Properties will meet you at the holiday home to check you in.
The price includes; Wi-Fi (fiber optics), normal consumption of electricity as well as normal final cleaning after your departure.
Minimum 14 days during high season (July and August).
Minimum 10 days in June and from September to March.
Other rates will apply for spring/autumn breaks and for bank holidays.

We stayed at one of Unique´x properties holiday homes for two weeks (Begonia) – we are family of 4. It is one of the nicest holiday apartments we have stayed in. There is nothing I could fault, the web description is 100% accurate in terms of all the amenities etc.. but does not do it justice… The location is perfect – just a short walk to the port and to the beach. The pool area is just lovely. The apartment has a gorgeous veranda and garden. In addition working with Annelie from Unique´x properties was a delight – she met us when we arrived and made sure we settled in. Nothing was too much trouble – we had to call upon her for a problem with a lock on one of the patio doors and it was immediately dealt with. Very happy to recommend and would seriously consider staying again.
