The bright and spacious lounge opens onto a magnificent south-west facing terrace and a private grassed area. The terrace is overlooking the beautiful landscaped gardens and large swimming pool area. You have also partial sea views, were you can see the Gibraltar cliff and on a clear day even the coast of Africa. Here you can enjoy the wonderful ambience during the day relaxing with a book in the lounge sofas or having a romantic dinner with a sensational sunset over the Serrania de Ronda.

All our holiday homes are high quality properties. It´s like checking in to a 5 star hotel. The accommodation is prepared in the smallest detail, all beddings have been dry-cleaned and a representative from Unique´x Properties will meet you at the holiday home to check you in.
The price includes; Wi-Fi (fiber optics), normal consumption of electricity as well as normal final cleaning after your departure.
Minimum 14 days during high season (July and August).
Minimum 10 days in June and from September to March.
Other rates will apply for spring/autumn breaks and for bank holidays.
