All our holiday homes are high quality properties. It´s like checking in to a 5 star hotel. The accommodation is prepared in the smallest detail, all beddings have been dry-cleaned and a representative from Unique´x Properties will meet you at the holiday home to check you in.

The price includes; Wi-Fi (fiber optics), normal consumption of electricity as well as normal final cleaning after your departure.

Minimum 14 days during high season (July and August).
Minimum 10 days in June and from September to March.
Other rates will apply for spring/autumn breaks and for bank holidays.
